একটি "মহান প্রেমময় ভ্রাতৃত্বের বিশ্ব" তৈরি করার জন্য "বিশ্ব নেতাদের" প্রতি খোলা চিঠি

গুরুত্বপূর্ণ দিক:
1. নিরীহ মানুষকে হত্যা করে এমন সন্ত্রাসবাদ মোকাবেলার জন্য একটি বিশ্ব সম্মেলন শুরু করুন।
2. পৃথিবীতে প্রতিটি  ধর্মের  প্রতি সম্মান প্রদর্শন শুরু করুন । কোন উপায়ে কোনো ধর্মীয় বিশ্বাস আক্রমণ করবেন না।
3. ঘৃণা নয়  বরং  বিভিন্ন ধর্মের মানুষের প্রতি ভালবাসা প্রদর্শন করুন । মানুষ উত্তরাধিকার সূত্রে ধর্ম পেয়েছে, তাই এর ওপর তার কোনো হাত নেই ।
4. সমাজের প্রতিটি প্রাপ্তবয়স্কদের এমনভাবে কাজ করা উচিত যে যুবকেরা  যেন  সমাজের প্রতি বিশ্বাস না হারান এবং  সন্ত্রাসবাদে যোগদান না করেন |

প্রিয় নেতারা,

যখন নির্দোষ মানুষ মারা যায়, তখন আমি এই পৃথিবীতে আপনার মত হৃদয়ে খুব ব্যথা অনুভব করি। বিশ্ব  এখন ধর্মীয় ঘৃণায়  পরিপূর্ণ । আমরা একটি "ধর্মীয় প্রতিশোধ এর জান্নাতে" হাটছি ! জান্নাতের মতো, আপনি যা চান সেখানে, আপনি তা পান এবং এখানে এই পৃথিবীতে, যদি আমি আপনার ধর্মীয় সংস্কৃতি বা ধর্মানুষ্ঠাকে ঘৃণা করি বা অপছন্দ করি, আমি আপনার সরাসরি শত্রু হই বা না হই বা আপনি  অস্ত্রহীন হলেও আপনার ক্ষতি করতে বা আপনাকে হত্যা করতে আমার বাধে না  । এমনকি, একই ধর্মের বিভিন্ন মতের অনুসারীদের মাঝেও  ঘৃণা ঘটছে!

9 / 11- মার্কিন যুক্তরাষ্ট্রে আক্রমণ

এই সংস্কৃতি  মানবজাতির নয়, মানবতার নয়, অথচ  আমরা পৃথিবীতে প্রতিটি ধর্মের মহান ভ্রাতৃত্ব বোধ ও প্রেম নিয়ে  গর্বিত বোধ করি এবং আমি নিশ্চিত যে ঈশ্বর আমাদের এ ধরনের মূঢ়তা দেখে অনুশোচনা বোধ করছেন যখন ধর্মীয় লোকেরা ঈশ্বরের নিজ গৃহে  প্রার্থনা করার সময় নিষ্ঠুরভাবে কারো দ্বারা মৃতে পরিণত হন । ঈশ্বরের প্রার্থনা ঘরেও এ কোন আধার ! ঐশ্বরিক ধর্মের কি ছদ্মবেশী মতাদর্শ! কোন ধর্ম বা মতাদর্শ এটা  সমর্থন করে না । আমাদের যে  কোনো উপায়ে এটা বন্ধ করতে হবে। পাশাপাশি, নিরীহ মানুষের  মূল্যবান জীবন এখন হুমকির মুখে । তবে  এই সমস্যা সমাধানের জন্য সময় ব্যয় করার চেয়েও  আমাদের হাতে অনেক বেশি উন্নয়নমূলক কাজ রয়েছে যদিও এটা সমাধান করার জন্য প্রচুর সময়, কাজ, অর্থ  দেওয়া হয়, তবুও এই ছিদ্রযুক্ত ডিমটি প্রায়ই তার গন্ধ ছড়াচ্ছে যা ওপরের  সবগুলো ছবি নগ্নভাবে নির্দেশ করে ! তাই এই  বর্বর পশু প্রবৃত্তি ও এই খারাপ সংস্কৃতি বন্ধ করতে হবে।

আমার মতে, এই অদ্ভুত সংস্কৃতি থেকে  পরিত্রাণ পেতে প্রতিটি দেশের নেতারা গুরুত্ব সহকারে বিশেষ সচেতনতা ও শিক্ষা কর্মসূচী গ্রহণ করবেন যাতে  তাদের জনগণ অন্যান্য ধর্মকে ঘৃণা না করে । এটি প্রচার করা উচিত এবং এই প্রোগ্রামগুলির মাধ্যমে, এই পৃথিবীতে প্রত্যেক প্রাপ্তবয়স্কদের  জানা উচিত যে এই অমানবিক, ঈশ্বর বিরোধী এবং ধর্মবিরোধী সমস্যাটি দূর করার জন্য বিশ্ব ঐক্যবদ্ধ।

ধর্মের  নামে বা অন্য কোনো মতাদর্শের নামে অস্ত্রহীন নিরীহ মানুষকে হত্যা না করার জন্য  প্রতিটি দেশের রাজনৈতিক ও ধর্মীয় নেতাদের  উচিত এ বিষয়ে তাদের অনুসারীদের শিক্ষিত করা । স্পষ্টতই, এটি বীরত্বপূর্ণ নয় কিন্তু লজ্জাজনক অদ্ভুত কাপুরুষতা   এবং একই সময়ে সমানে সমান বিরোধীদের মধ্যে যুদ্ধের নিয়ম ও পাশাপাশি সুপ্রিম ঈশ্বর এর নিয়ম নীতি কে অস্বীকার করে। এমনকি দেশের নেতৃবৃন্দের ধর্মীয় উদ্দেশ্যপ্রণোদিত রাজনৈতিক দল এবং সন্ত্রাসীদের সাথে আলোচনায় বসা উচিত যেন তারা কোনো ধর্মীয় যুদ্ধের কোনো ইশারা না  দেয় এবং  ধর্মীয় ভ্রাতৃত্বের এই বিশ্ব  শীর্ষ সম্মেলনের পরে আর কোনও এমন নোংরা সন্ত্রাসী হামলা না করে  ও  প্রতিটি জাতিকে  বা কোন ধর্মের প্রত্যেক অনুসারীকে পূর্বে ঘটে যাওয়া এ জাতীয় আক্রমণের অতীত ইতিহাস মুছে ফেলতে হবে যাতে এগুলো আর কারণ হিসাবে কাজ না করে |

সন্ত্রাসীদের সাথে আলোচনা অদ্ভুত মনে হলেও, নির্দোষ সাধারণ জনগণের জন্য এবং এমন নিষ্ঠুর হামলা ছেড়ে দিতে রাজি হলে তাদের কিছু দাবি সমাধান করার জন্য আলোচনা করা  যেতে পারে। আমি মনে করি যুদ্ধের পরিবর্তে আলোচনা তাদের হৃদয়কে দ্রবীভূত করতে পারে। কিন্তু যদি তাদের দাবিগুলি বেশি ব্ল্যাকমেইল করা হচ্ছে  বলে মনে হয় তবে কিছুই করার নেই।

প্রতিটি ধর্মে অন্য ধর্মাবলম্বীদের  জন্য স্থান থাকা  উচিত। কখনও কখনও এটি দেখা যায় যে কোন ধর্মের অনুসারীরা কিছু অন্যান্য ধর্মের ধর্মীয় ক্রিয়াকলাপ বা  জীবনধারা পছন্দ করে না এবং প্রায়শই তারা শ্রেষ্ঠত্বের  বিষয়ে এমন বিতর্ক করে যে , "আমার ধর্ম আপনার ধর্মের চেয়ে বড়, আমরাই শ্রেষ্ঠ "। এই ক্ষেত্রে, যে ধর্মের  ধর্মীয় রীতিনীতি গুলি  অন্যান্য ধর্মের ব্যক্তিদের ধর্মীয় অনুভূতিতে আঘাত করে  সেগুলো  প্রকাশ্যে না করে তাদের ব্যক্তিগত জায়গাগুলিতে করার রীতি চালু করা যেতে পারে । আগে উল্লেখ করা হয়েছে, এমনকি একই ধর্মের অনুসারীরা অনেক উপ-সম্প্রদায়ের মধ্যে বিভক্ত এবং এই উপ-সম্প্রদায়গুলি তাদের বিভিন্ন রীতিনীতির মত পার্থককের জন্য  যুদ্ধ করছে। আমাদের সেই অনুসারীদেরকে তাদের প্রত্যেকের নিজস্ব ধর্মীয় বিশ্বাসের জন্য অন্যদের উপর আক্রমণ না করার জন্য অনুপ্রাণিত করতে হবে কারণ যখন একজন ব্যক্তি তার ধর্মীয় বিশ্বাসের জন্য আক্রান্ত হয়, তখন তার অস্তিত্ব  প্রশ্নের  সম্মুখীন হয়  এবং আমরা  নিজস্ব ধর্মীয়  বিশ্বাসের জন্য কোন পুরুষ বা মহিলাকে দোষারোপ করতে পারি না কারণ তিনি এই বিশ্বাস বা ধর্ম উত্তরাধিকার সূত্রে পেয়েছেন।

আবার কিছু লোক যদি কিছু নতুন যুক্তি  তৈরি করে এবং  এটি যদি  সংখ্যাগরিষ্ঠদের ধর্মীয় বিশ্বাসের  অনুভূতিতে আঘাত না করে  তবেই তা রাখতে হবে কিংবা তা অপ্রকাশিত রাখতে হবে |  যদি প্রয়োজন হয়, নতুন আইন, নিয়ম, প্রবিধান, এবং সঠিক আচরণ বিধির   প্রস্তাব করা যেতে পারে যা কাউকে অন্য মতামতের যে কোনও বিশ্বাসীর  ওপর  ক্ষতিকর আক্রমণ থেকে বিরত রাখে । প্রকৃতপক্ষে, যুদ্ধ বাদে, আপনি এই বিতর্ক থেকে কী অর্জন করতে পারেন? পরিবর্তে বিজ্ঞান বা বিজ্ঞানের অন্য যে কোন ক্ষেত্রকে তা  করতে দিন, যাতে উপযুক্ত সময়ে অন্যদের আপনার ব্যক্তিগত মতাদর্শে বিশ্বাস করানো যায়।

কখনও কখনও বিভিন্ন ধর্মের অনুসারীদের মধ্যে কিছু খোলা শ্রদ্ধাশীল আলোচনার আয়োজন করা যেতে পারে । এমন আলোচনা করার ভেতরে কোনো ভুল নেই কেননা  আমরা প্রায়ই ধর্ম ছাড়া অন্যান্য ক্ষেত্রগুলিতে একমত হবার  জন্য বা নানা মত কে আলিঙ্গন করার জন্য আলোচনা করি। এছাড়াও  কোনও সিদ্ধান্ত নেওয়ার জন্য আপনি আপনার পরিবারের সাথে আলোচনা করেন |  আবার একই  ধর্মের অনুসারীরা  তাদের বিশেষ ধর্মীয় অনুষ্ঠানের জন্য জড়ো হয় এবং নিজেদের মধ্যে  ধর্মীয় চিন্তাভাবনা ভাগ করে নেয় বা আলোচনা করে, তাই বিভিন্ন ধর্মের অনুসারীদের মধ্যে নয় কেন? আমরা কি বিশ্বাস করি যে একাধিক ধর্মের অনুসারীরা যখন এক জায়গায় বসবে তখন আমাদের মহান পরাক্রমশালী ঈশ্বর চাপ বা অপমান বোধ করবেন? ঈশ্বর কি এত ক্ষুদ্র  যে তিনি এটা বরদাস্ত করতে পারবেন  না? প্রকৃতপক্ষে, আমরাই  খুব ক্ষুদ্র, আমরাই  এত বড় চিন্তা করতে পারিনা  যদিও আমরা প্রায়শই ঈশ্বরের অসীমতা, আদর্শ  কিংবা ক্ষমতার  উদ্ধৃতি দিয়ে থাকি!
প্রকৃতপক্ষে আমরা খুব অদ্ভুত প্রাণী যার নিজেদের  বিশ্বাস,কথা  এবং কাজ এর মধ্যে কোন মিল  নেই!

এটা আমাদের বাস্তবতা যে, বিশ্বে বিভিন্ন ধরনের ধর্ম ও জাতিসত্ত্বা রয়েছে।  বিশ্বজুড়ে এসব ধর্মকে একীভূত করার বা একটি ধর্মে নিয়ে আসার মতো কিছু নেই এবং যা অবশ্যই অযৌক্তিক যদিও এটি করার জন্য আমরা ধর্ম প্রচার করে থাকি । আসলে এটা অর্থহীন বরং আমাদের প্রতিটি ধর্মের অনুসারীকে ভালবাসার জন্য একটি বড় হৃদয় দরকার। তাই আমরা পাশাপাশি বাস করতে চাই এবং এই পৃথিবীতে প্রত্যেক মানুষের একটি শান্তিপূর্ণ জীবন প্রাপ্য, সে যে ধর্মেরই হোক না কেন ।  কেউ আমাকে একবার বলেছিল, ঈশ্বর এত বড় যে, একটি মাত্র  ধর্ম তাকে বোঝার জন্য যথেষ্ট নয়!





ধর্মীয় ঘৃণা বা ধর্মীয় যুদ্ধ কোন ধরনের শ্রেষ্ঠত্ব  বা বিশেষ মতাদর্শ প্রতিষ্ঠার জন্য কোনো পথ  নয়। যদিও প্রতিটি ধর্মের পবিত্র বই সমূহ  শান্তি ও মহান ভ্রাতৃত্ব বোধের দাবি করে, তবে প্রকৃতপক্ষে, বিপথগামী অনুসারীগণ এর বিপরীত কাজ করে। আমরা ইতিমধ্যেই আমাদের দুনিয়াকে  একটি খাঁচায়  পরিণত  করেছি যার ফলে  আমাদের কঠোর নিরাপত্তার অধীনে আমাদের বিভিন্ন ধর্মীয় কার্যক্রম সম্পাদন করতে হয় ! আমরা একে অপরকে  বিশ্বাস করি না। এটি  মানব জাতির  জন্য খুব খারাপ লক্ষণ এবং এমনকি এই ধর্মীয় ঘৃণার  কারণে দেশগুলির মধ্যে একটি বিরাট যুদ্ধ শুরু হয়ে যেতে  পারে।

প্রতিশোধ এর  পর প্রতিশোধ এবং নির্দোষ সাধারণ মানুষ যার লক্ষ্য । সুতরাং, একটি পদক্ষেপ নিন , ও এই সমস্যা সম্পর্কে একটি বিশ্ব সম্মেলন এর  ব্যবস্থা করুন । এই ধরনের ঘৃণাকে সরাসরি প্রভাবিত করে এমন কিছু ঐতিহাসিক অমীমাংসিত সম্যসা গুলি সমাধান করার চেষ্টা করুন ও  দেশগুলির মধ্যে একটি দুর্দান্ত ধর্মীয় ব্রাদারহুড গঠন করুন। এটা স্পষ্ট যে, যখন একটি দেশের নানা পদক্ষেপ প্রতিবেশী দেশের নানা অধিকারকে দমন করে অথবা সংখ্যালঘু জনগোষ্ঠীর অধিকার দমন করে, তখন অস্থিরতা দেখা দেয়। কিছু মতৈক্য ও  ত্যাগ ঐতিহাসিক এসব সমস্যা  সমাধান করতে পারে। এমনকি দেশের নেতাদেরও তাদের নাগরিকদের, প্রতিবেশী দেশগুলির জন্য বা সংখ্যালঘুদের জন্য কিছু ত্যাগে  উৎসাহিত করতে হবে।

প্রকৃতপক্ষে, বিভিন্ন জাতির জনগোষ্ঠীর সাথে সম্পর্কিত বিষয়গুলির ক্ষেত্রে  পদক্ষেপের বিষয়ে একজন রাষ্ট্রনেতার  খুব সচেতন থাকা উচিত। অপরের জন্য ত্যাগ প্রতিটি ধর্মের জন্য একটি ঐশ্বরিক বিষয় । সুতরাং রাষ্ট্রনেতাগণ , ধর্মীয় নেতাগণ ও  অন্যান্য সকল ক্ষেত্রের সক্রিয় কর্মীগণ  একটি শান্তিপূর্ণ বিশ্বের জন্য এই ত্যাগ এর নীতিমালা সকল নাগরিকদের মাঝে প্রচার করবেন । উপরন্তু, আমি মনে করি যে কোন সমাজের নারী পুরুষ নির্বিশেষে  প্রত্যেক প্রাপ্তবয়স্কের কিছু কর্তব্য থাকা উচিত। কেননা  সন্ত্রাসবাদের কারণ সম্পর্কিত গবেষণায় দেখা গেছে যে সন্ত্রাসবাদের মূল কারণ কিন্তু ব্যক্তি নয়, বরং যে সমাজ ব্যবস্থায় তারা  বসবাস করে এবং কাজ করে, সেই সমাজ ব্যবস্থা। সন্ত্রাসীরা "সামাজিকভাবে নির্ধারিত" একটি উৎপাদ, যা সেই সন্ত্রাসী ব্যক্তিটির উপরে গভীর ঐতিহাসিক, অর্থনৈতিক, বা সাংস্কৃতিক শক্তির প্রভাব । দারিদ্র্য ও নিম্ন শিক্ষার লোকদের সাথে সন্ত্রাসবাদের  কিছু সংযোগ আছে এ ব্যাপারে কিছু সাম্প্রতিক গবেষণায় গবেষকরা ভিন্নমত পোষণ করেন বরং  বর্তমানে আমরা দেখতে পাচ্ছি যে শিক্ষিত এবং ধনী তরুণরা সন্ত্রাসবাদের প্রতি ঝুঁকেছে । উদাহরণস্বরূপ, পশ্চিমা ও ইউরোপীয় শিক্ষিত তরুণরা একটি সন্ত্রাসী সংগঠনে যোগদান করেছে এবং ভারতের সাম্প্রতিক গবেষণায় দেখা গেছে যে ধনী ও শিক্ষিত মানুষ ধর্মের পরিপ্রেক্ষিতে আরো মৌলবাদী আচরণ  করছে, যে  কারণে বিজেপি ক্ষমতায় এসেছে। বাংলাদেশে, তরুণ শিক্ষিত যুবকেরা  হোলি  আর্টিসান ট্রাজেডিতে  জড়িত ছিল। গবেষকরা আরও জানতে পেরেছিলেন যে, এই যুবকেরা  সমাজের প্রতি ঘৃণা অনুভব করেছিল , মেয়েদের প্রতি ঘৃণা অনুভব করেছিল  (হোলি  আর্টিসনে, মেয়েদের  খুব নিষ্ঠুরভাবে হত্যা করে তারা ।), এবং অন্যান্য ধর্মের চেয়ে  যে তাদের ধর্ম সর্বোচ্চ, ইত্যাদি ভেবেছিলো । সুতরাং, সবাই, পুরুষ বা মহিলা, বিভিন্ন ধর্ম বা পেশার মানুষ,আমরা বাস করি যে সমাজে, আসুন এমনভাবে কাজ করি  যেনো  এই তরুণরা  সমাজের ওপর  তাদের বিশ্বাস না হারায়। এছাড়াও যদি আপনার আমার রাষ্ট্র অস্ত্র বেচার জন্য বা এমন আরো অনৈতিক পদক্ষেপের জন্য বা ধর্মীয় কিংবা জাতিগত যুদ্ধ উস্কে দেওয়ার মতো কাজ করে, তবে আসুন ঐক্যবদ্ধ হয়ে এই রাষ্ট্র ব্যবস্থা বা রাষ্ট্রীয় নেতাদের পরিবর্তন করি | এ সম্পর্কে আরো পড়ুন-

1. Start a World Summit to address Terrorism that kills innocent people.
2. Start to show respect to every religion, race and sometimes helpless migrants on earth.   Don't attack any religious beliefs by any means. 
3. Not hatred but show love to the people of various religion, race, and sometimes helpless migrants. People possess religion by heredity so nothing to do with it. Migrants need help, have a little bit sacrifice for them.
4. Every adult of any occupation in society should act in such a way that young people should not lose their faith in it and join terrorism. 

Dear Leaders,

When innocent people die, I feel very pain in the heart like you and everybody on this earth. The world is now on religious, racial, migrants hatred. We are walking on a “Paradise of Revenge”! Like Paradise, anything you wish there, you could do and here on this earth, if I feel hatred or dislike your religious, racial culture or ritual, I could make a wish to harm or kill you whatever you are my direct enemy or not or you are weaponless. Even, hatred is frequently occurring among the followers of the same religion and race!

This is not Mankind, not Humanity for which we feel proud under the great hood of each and every religion and race on earth and am damn sure that God is feeling upset seeing our such stupidity when the religious people or certain ethnic people are brutally hacked to death while praying in His own prayer house or in public place! What a rotten ideology of Divine Religion and humanism! No religion or ideology or mankind will support this. We need to stop this by any means. As well, our precious lives of innocent people are at stake. We have lot more development works in hand to do rather spending time on it to solve this issue though however given a lot of cost for the time, works, money, and lives, this rotten egg spreading its smell often so that, all those pictures above are pointing nakedly! So we have to stop this worse culture of brutal animal instinct.  

In my opinion, to get rid of this strange culture, Leaders of every country should seriously take special awareness programs in hand regarding this very issue to educate their people not to hate other religions and race and minority or migrants. It should be propaganda and through these programs, every adult on this earth should know that the world is united to clean this inhumane, anti-God and anti-religious issue.

Every country should motivate their political and religious leaders to educate their followers not to kill weaponless innocent people in the name of religion or in the name of any other ideology. 

Obviously, it is not heroic but a shameful awkward coward thing and at the same time dishonors the rules of a war between equal opponents as well the supreme God. Even country leaders  should discuss (could be indirectly- via websites or phones etc.) with the religiously motivated political parties and terrorists not to make any ignition of religious war or not to make any further causalities after this world summit of religious brotherhood and from now on, every nation or every followers of any religion should erase all the past histories of such attacks happened in nation to nation from their memory.

Though it sounds odd about discussing with terrorists but for the sake of innocent general people, some of their demands might be addressed if they are logical and if they agreed to give up the hacking of innocent people’s life. I feel discussion could melt their heart instead of the war to vanishing them. But if their demands seem to be blackmailed, then, nothing to do.

Every religion should make space for others. Sometimes it is seen that followers of a religion don’t like some religious activities or lifestyles of other religions or race and minority or migrants and often they are on the debate about supremacy i.e., “My religion is greater than yours” or "Why you are here, it's our country"! In such cases, countries should take some steps to insist on people to make that type of rituals in their private places not to hurt other beliefs. As cited before, even the followers of the same religion and race are divided into many sub-sects and these sub-sects are fighting among them. We need to motivate those followers not to attack others for their beliefs because when a man is attacked for his religious or their own social beliefs or culture, his/her existence is on fire or in question and we could not blame any man or woman for his/her particular beliefs because he/she got these beliefs or religion or ritual or culture as heredity, he/she has nothing to do with it. Again if some people, create some new beliefs, let them keep it if and only if that does not harm the majority. He/she should keep their new beliefs in them and should not share if it goes against the emotions of the majority. If needed, new laws, rules, regulations, and code of conduct should be proposed to keep someone away from making harmful attacks towards any believers of different opinions or ethnicity. Actually, except war, what other things you could achieve from this controversy? Rather let the science or any other sectors of knowledge to do the job i.e., to make others believing in your personal ideology in time.

Sometimes need to arrange some open respectful caring discussions between the followers of different religions and race and minority or migrants. There is nothing wrong with having such discussions. We often do discussions in other fields to reach a consensus or win-win situation. So why not in this case when even you have to discuss with your family to make a good decision? Again followers of any religion or ethnicity gather for their particular religious event, rituals and share or discuss their religious thoughts with each other, so why not among the followers of different religions and race and minority or migrants? Do we believe that our great Almighty will feel pressure or feel dishonored when many religion and race and minority or migrants will seat in one place? If God is such small that He could not sustain it? 

Actually, it is that very small we are, who could not think such big though we often make citations regarding the infinite idioms of God or mankind or humanity!
Indeed we are a very strange creature who has no consequences between our beliefs and words or acts! Hypocrisy often flares up!




It is our reality that, the world is consists of different types of religions and nations and race and minority or migrants. There is nothing to do to make a world or country of uni-religion, uni-race, and obviously which is absurd. So we need to live side by side and every people on this earth deserve a peaceful life. That’s why we need a big heart to love every follower of every religion and race and minority or migrants. Someone told me once that, God is such big that, one religion and race is not enough to understand him! 




Religious and race and minority or migrants hatred, terrorism or war is not a solution to establish any kind of supremacy or particular ideology. Though the holy books of every religion claim about peacefulness and brotherhood, in reality, the derailed followers act opposite. We already made our world a cage regarding religious or race deviations so that we need to perform our religious activities under tight security! We don’t believe each other. These are very bad signs for the human race and even an abrupt great war between nations could start due to this religious, race and minority hatred. 

Revenge after revenge will go on and the innocent general people will be the target. So please, make a move, arrange a World Summit regarding this issue. Form a great brotherhood among nations while trying to resolve some historic unsolved issues that directly affect such hatred. It is obvious that, when a country suppresses the rights of the neighboring country of a different religion or suppress the rights of its minority population, unrest occurs. Some kind of negotiations or sacrifice could solve the historical burdens. Even country leaders should motivate their citizens to make some sacrifice for their neighbor countries or for the minority and migrants.

Actually, a country leader should be very much aware of his every step in dealing with the issues related to peoples of various ethnicity. Sacrifice is a divine idiom for each and every religion. So country leaders, religious leaders as well other profound activists of all sectors should provoke this idiom for a peaceful world. Further, I think that every adult of both sexes of any society should have some duty. Because studies regarding the cause of terrorism explored that the roots of terrorism lie not in the individual, but in the wider circumstances in which terrorists live and act.  Terrorists are “socially determined,” a product of deeper historical, economic, or cultural forces over and above the individual. In some recent studies, researchers disagree that poverty and low education have some connection with terrorism but at present, we are seeing that well educated and wealthy young are prone to terrorism. For example, western and European educated young people joined a terrorist organization as well as a recent study in India shows that wealthy and educated people are acting more radical in terms of religion that's why BJP came in power. In Bangladesh, young educated people were involved in Holy Artisan Tragedy. Researchers also found that these young people feel hatred to the society, to the girls(! in Holy Artisan, ladies are killed very brutally.), to other religions as they feel that their religion is supreme, etc.  So, everybody, we live in society, man or woman, people of various religion or occupation should act in such a way that these young will not lose their faith in society. Thus your united responsible move regarding this issue will eradicate the inhumane ethnic hatred and we could leave a great “Bright World of Loving Brotherhood” for our unborn innocent babies.

এগুলো ইদানিংকার বাংলাদেশ এর চিত্র | এই চিত্র বদলাতে নিম্নোক্ত করণীয়গুলো ভাবা যেতে পারে- 

১ | এনজিও এবং সাংবাদিকতা ভিত্তিক কার্যক্রম-

এনজিও এবং সাংবাদিকরা কিন্তু কোনো মানুষের বা পরিবারের খুব কাছাকাছি যেতে পারেন বা যে কোনো মানুষ চাইলেই যেন তাদের সাথে কথা বলতে পারে কোনো অভিযোগ নিয়ে এমন সিস্টেম চালু করতে হবে | তারা, বিশেষ করে সাংবাদিক বন্ধুরা যদি খবরের পেছনের খবর আগে থেকেই সংগ্রহ করে নিম্নোক্ত সংগঠন সমূহের অভিযোগ কেন্দ্র গুলোকে  অবহিত করে তবে অনেক খারাপ খবর থেকে আমাদের বেঁচে যাবার সম্ভাবনা তৈরী হয় | বর্তমানে বেশিরভাগ এনজিও যদিও মাইক্রো-ক্রেডিট ভিত্তিক কিন্তু প্রয়োজনে আমাদের মানসিক কাউন্সেলিং এবং  বিচার ও সালিস ভিত্তিক এনজিও গঠন জরুরি | এইসব এনজিও গুলি পরিবার সমূহের কাছে গিয়ে তাদের সম্ভাব্য অপরাধমূলক বিপদের ব্যাপারে খোঁজখবর নেবে ও যথাযথ পরামর্শ  দেবে কিংবা প্রয়োজনে নিম্নোক্ত সংগঠন বা প্রতিষ্ঠান সমূহে খবর দেবে |

২ | সংগঠন ভিত্তিক কার্যক্রম -

পাড়া-মহল্লা ভিত্তিক সরকারি, বেসরকারি, রাজনৈতিক ও অরাজনৈতিক এবং স্কুল কলেজ, ইউনিয়ন, পৌরসভা, উপজেলা, সালিস ও বিচার কেন্দ্র  ভিত্তিক  অপরাধ অভিযোগ কেন্দ্র  বা # মি টু কেন্দ্র   গঠন যেগুলো  একইসঙ্গে একক ভাবে বা সমন্বিত ভাবে কাজ করবে | পাড়া মহল্লার উক্ত  সংগঠন বা প্রতিষ্ঠান গুলোর অফিসই একটি করে কেন্দ্র হতে পারে |নুসরাত এর ক্ষেত্রে তার মা ক্ষমতাসীন রাজনৌতিক দল এবং পুলিশ প্রসাশন কে জানালেও কাজ হয় নি এবং বেশির ভাগ ক্ষেত্রে না হওয়ার সম্ভাবনা থাকে এই কারণে যে তারাই জড়িত থাকে বড়ো ধরণের স্বার্থ-সংশ্লিষ্ট অপরাধ সমূহে | এটি কম বেশি সব দেশেই ঘটে | সেজন্য স্কুল কলেজ, ও ক্ষমতাসীন রাজনৈতিক দলগুলোর বাইরে অন্যান্য রাজনৈতিক দল ও   বেসরকারি, স্বেচ্ছাসেবী  এবং অরাজনৈতিক কেন্দ্রও থাকতে হবে |
এটা আসলে কাউন্টার ব্যালান্স পদ্ধতি | একটা দুটো কেন্দ্র থাকলে রক্ষকই ভক্ষক হয়ে যেতে পারে বা অপরাধীদের দ্বারা প্রভাবিত হতে পারে | যেটা ঘটেছে নুসরাত এর ক্ষেত্রে |

যাহোক যে কোনো কেন্দ্রে কোনো অভিযোগ আসা মাত্রই তা সব কেন্দ্রের একটি কমন ওয়েবসাইট এ আপলোডেড  হবে ও এটার স্টেটাস সম্পর্কে যে কেউ সেই ওয়েবসাইট এ গেলেই জানতে পারবে কিংবা জানতে চাইতে পারবে | আবার  গোপনীয়তার প্রয়োজন থাকলে নিদ্রিষ্ট  অডিয়েন্সই শুধু দেখতে পারবে |

এই কমন ওয়েবসাইট টি সরকারের উদ্যোগে তৈরী করা হলে এর বিষয়ে শিশু-কিশোরে-কিশোরী ও তাদের অভিভাবকদের জানাতে হবে | মোবাইল  এর এপস ও হতে পারে | যদিও এ ধরণের ওয়েবসাইট সরকারের আছে, কিন্তু প্রচারের অভাবে কিংবা অভিযোগ করলেও ফল না পাওয়ায় এগুলো তেমন সফল নয় | তাই এগুলোর কার্যকারিতা সম্পর্কে অডিট করা জরুরি | মনে রাখতে হবে, ওয়েবসাইট গুলোর কাজ হবে, ঘটনা যাতে না ঘটে, অভিযোগের ভিত্তিতে দ্রুত ব্যবস্থা নিতে হবে | ঘটনা ঘটার সময় ৯৯৯ বা অন্নান্য হটলাইনে যোগাযোগ করতে হবে কিন্তু সাহায্য পৌঁছানোর আগেই সব শেষ হয়ে যেতে পারে | তাই প্রিভেনশন ইজ বেটার দেন কিওর | এই কমন ওয়েবসাইট টির পেছনে যারা কাজ করবেন তাদেরকে তাই যথেষ্ট দায়িত্বশীল হতে হবে |  ঘটনা ঘটার আগেই যেন তারা ব্যবস্থা নেন ও ব্যবস্থা নেবার পর  আরো কিছু বাড়তি সময় মনিটরিং করতে হবে না হলে অপরাধী সুযোগ বুঝে আবারো চেষ্টা করতে পারে |

এটা কিন্তু সত্যি যে, যেকোনো অভিযোগ এর বাদী-বিবাদী কিন্তু উপরোক্ত কোনো না কোনো সামাজিক সংগঠনের  সাথে জড়িত | সুতরাং কোনো সংগঠনে যদি সেই সংগঠনের কারো বিরুদ্ধে অপরাধমূলক কাজের অভিযোগ আসে আর সেই সংগঠনে যেহেতু আরো মানুষ থাকে সুতরাং অভিযোগ টি আসা মাত্রই, উক্ত সংগঠনের অন্যান্য মানুষ বা সদস্যকে কে জানাতে হবে কেননা সংগঠনের সবাই কিন্তু একযোগে অপরাধ করে না, কিছু না কিছু মত-পার্থক্য থাকে | বেশিরভাগ ক্ষেত্রে এই শক্তি টি ই সমাধান করে ফেলতে পারে তবে এক্ষেত্রে এখন থেকে সবাইকে এ বিষয়ে সচেতন ও দায়িত্তত্বশীল হতে হবে |

এটা সত্যি যে, যে অভিযোগ করছে তার ত্রূটি আছে বলে মনে হতে পারে, সেটা যাই হোক না কেন, অভিযোগ আমলে নিয়ে প্রমান সাপেক্ষে নিরপেক্ষ মতামত দিলে, বাদী-বিবাদী উভয়েই সতর্ক হবে ও ঘটনা বেশি দূর না যাবারই  কথা | এক্ষেত্রে মুখ রক্ষার জন্য  গোপনীয়তার মাধ্যমে পৃথকভাবে উভয়পক্ষের সাথে বসতে হবে | যখন উভয়পক্ষই জেনে যাবে যে, তাদের সগঠন বা প্রতিষ্ঠান এর সবাই জানে বিষয়টি, তখন উভয়েই সতর্ক হবে | অনেক ক্ষেত্রে যখন প্রতিষ্ঠান এর কর্তা ব্যক্তি রা জড়িত থাকে তখন সাব-অরডিনেট  দের জন্য সমস্যা হয়ে দাঁড়ায় | তবে প্রাইভেট অর্গানাইজেশন  না হলে,ভয় না পেয়ে সবাই একত্রে কতৃপক্ষের বিরুদ্ধে রুখে দাঁড়ালে বরং আপনাদের পদোন্নতির সুযোগ সৃষ্টি হতে পারে! একটু ষড়যন্ত্রমূলক বুদ্ধি এটা!

তবে রুখে দাঁড়ানো যদি সত্যিই চাকরির জন্য সমস্যা হয়,  সেক্ষেত্রে অন্যান্য  কেন্দ্রসমূহ  ও পাড়া-মহল্লার সিনিয়রদের মাধ্যমে মীমাংসা করার চেষ্টা করা যেতে পারে না হলে পুলিশ প্রশাসন কে অবহিত করতে হবে | পুলিশ প্রশাসন বা কোনো রাজনৈতিক কেন্দ্র বা শিক্ষা প্রতিষ্ঠান যদি পক্ষপাত দেখায় তবে অন্য যেকোনো  কেন্দ্র চাইলে আরো উর্ধতন প্রশাসনের দ্বারস্থ হতে পারে | যদি এতেও পক্ষপাত দৃষ্টিগোচর হয় তবে সাধারণ জনগণকে অবহিত করুন ও বিচার বিভাগের দ্বারস্থ হন |

তবে  স্মরণ  রাখতে  হবে  যে, ওপরের যে কোনো ধাপই বাদী-বিবাদীর আরও রাগ এর উদ্রেক ঘটাতে পারে তাই যে কোনো অঘটন যে হতে পারে এ বিষয়ে উভয়কেই সতর্ক থাকতে বলতে হবে ! আর এটা  তখনি বেশি ঘটতে পারে যখন প্রমান থাকার  পরও  পক্ষপাতিত্ব হয় | তাই এই বিষয়ে সবার  সতর্কতা জরুরি |এই অপরাধ অভিযোগ কেন্দ্র খোলার বিষয়ে  রাজনৈতিক দলসমূহ এবং স্কুল কলেজ ইউনিয়ন পৌরসভা উপজিলা ও সালিস বা বিচার কেন্দ্র সমূহের  দায়িত্ব বেশি | বিশেষ করে রাজনৈতিক দল এবং সালিস ও বিচার কেন্দ্র সমূহের কার্যক্রম বেশি জরুরি | তাদের এখন থেকে নানা ধরণের অপরাধ এর বিরুদ্ধে সোচ্চার হতে হবে | উপরোক্ত সমস্ত সংগঠনের  ভেতরেই মাত্র কিছু সংখ্যক অপরাধীদের জন্য সংগঠন গুলোর ভাবমূর্তি নষ্ট হয় তাই উক্ত সমস্ত সংগঠন গুলোর দায়িত্ব এড়িয়ে গেলে হবে না | অনেক ক্ষেত্রে সচেতন নাগরিকদেরও এগিয়ে আসা উচিত | আসলে স্কুল কলেজ বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ে কিন্তু যৌন নিপীড়ন বিরোধী কমিটি আছে কিন্তু অকার্যকর | এগুলোকে সক্রিয় করা উচিত |

যাই হোক না কেন উক্ত সমস্ত সংগঠন বা প্রতিষ্ঠান বা সচেতন ব্যক্তি বর্গ কে অবশ্যই এ ব্যপারে  দায়িত্বশীল ও তৎক্ষণাৎ কার্যক্রম হাতে নেওয়ার মতো ও জবাবদিহিতা মূলক পেশাদারিত্ব বজায় রাখতে হবে | যদি তারা কোনো ঘটনা এড়াতে পারেন তবে তাদের পুরস্কৃত করলে এই পেশাদারিত্ব অনেক গুনে বৃদ্ধি পেতে পারে | এই পেশাদারিত্ব এ  জন্যই গুরুত্বপূর্ণ কেননা এসব প্রতিষ্ঠান কিন্তু বহু আগে থেকেই আছে আর যাদের দায়িত্বশীলতা কিংবা অপরাধ দুর্নীতি ও পক্ষপাতিত্ব নিয়ে জনমনে প্রশ্ন আছে | আসলে রাজনৈতিক সরকারগুলো  গোয়েন্দা বাহিনী দিয়ে তাদের ক্ষমতা ঠেকাতে যতটা তৎপর ততটা তৎপর তারা সাধারণ মানুষের জন্য থাকে না |

আবার বিরোধী পক্ষগুলো দেশে অস্থিরতা  সৃষ্টির জন্য নানা রকম অপরাধে মেতে সরকারের গদি নড়াতে চায় যেখানে সাধারণ মানুষেরা এসব অপরাধের লক্ষ্য বস্তুতে পরিণত হয় | দেশে যখন কোনো অপরাধ বেশি মাত্র্রায় ঘটে সেখানে এই ধরণের সাবোটাজ থাকতে পারে বলে বিশেষজ্ঞরা মনে করেন | আগুন, সড়ক দুর্ঘটনা, ধর্ষণ, গুপ্ত হত্যা, গায়েব ইত্যাদি যখন বেশি ঘটছে বলে মনে হবে, সাবধান থাকুন | তাই যাবেন কোথায়?

Sounds bizarre? Obviously, it is. How could I say against a democratic ritual! But experiencing so much pain due to the political catastrophe in many countries including mine, I am depressed and tired.

• ·         I feel bad when any political leader is being murdered. (Probably you could not identify, how many in the past to date?)

• ·         I feel bad when un-trust evolves between political parties. (Election under Interim government or running government -is a big question)

• ·         I feel bad when political parties in a horrible clash. (Remember 2014 fire-election!)

• ·         I feel bad when a defeated opponent party behaves unruly against the elected and vice versa!

• ·         I feel bad when general people are also a Victim* in political war. ( Many newspapers are pointing to sabotage regarding the recent Banani fire tragedy as well you might remember that they were also the fire-victim in 2014.)

• ·         I feel bad when women are politically raped. (Subornochar lost its nice color!)

• ·         I feel bad when an election is manipulated. (You observed the recent national and local elections as well past manipulated elections by major parties!)

• ·         I feel bad, when politics ignite the religious hatred, ignite the unlawful act on minorities. (You know that! Silent migration of minorities is not silent!)

• ·         I feel bad, when….

I am feeling bad and depressed to enlarge the lists of political-pain and these are observed in every country in different degree due to unfair politics and the very “Political Election” system. You might say, we have to solve those and
I should not cut my head having a headache!

-How schools or any academic institution is running? How they are

making skill of people?-How using these skill peoples are contributing in every field?-Again how any public or private companies/organizations do their best day by day?-How philosophy, science, technology and any other fields for humankind is going upward?You know the answer. Yes, it is the system, mechanism that we developed to manage all of the above. By these systems, we are creating skill people, scholars to run every business. But these systems are based on syllabus and examinations but not on any kind of election or selection!
An election is a system also which we developed through a lot of struggle against our past ruling systems like Feudal, Fascist or King’s ruling. But do you believe that this system could elect the right skilled person? Hopefully not.
Didn't you experience the muscle and money is a driving force which often elect a corrupt or merely educated person and that eventually affect the future problematic events for a country and raise our political-pain?
Didn't you observe votes are already bought or cast? Your voting power is already hacked!
Further, how much do you know about a candidate before a short period for election?
Often it is seen that corrupted people are on the show and trying to buying the votes to get the power and eventually this power is used later to increase his assets! Did you judge that this man has such knowledge to run a crucial administrative post? Are money, muscle and so-called popularity ( could be fake and often induced by his benefited supporters!)  is the gimmick to own a responsible political post? Does not it seems that politics is a toy of a toddler?!
Actually, an election is a mega process, that’s why it has so many pitfalls. The major pitfalls of politics and election systems are-

• Everything collapsed when any major political crisis raises in any country. School, college, universities, office, shops, hospitals...everything suffered due to this system. But you know, a very little percentage of the population is active in politics whereas the majority suffered from the volatile clash between political parties!

• This system causes numerous kinds of corruptions like the unfair practice of Power and Law, Economic corruption (it is your money through taxes and vats, that often picked-pocket and it’s Your Money* again that makes this whole political system running!), Party biases of administrations, Illegal land acquisition (those who have power, will make your land for themselves!)...etc. 

• Due to various types of corruption, every general people or citizen cannot own what they could own.

But what about, we could make the election system as like as an academic system?!
To run a state, a great amount of knowledge in every field is required in today’s first world and that’s why political science has been evolved. What about our future leaders should study political science with variable syllabus having primary and secondary major subjects in focus and variable levels of examinations?
You might ask then, this system could not adopt the great philosophical ideologies or values like democracy, socialism, nationalism or even politics based on religion or still any un-invented idealism! The answer is variable syllabus of political science having a focus on the major subjects (like political science with Democracy, Socialism, etc., as prime major along with Finance or Medical or Engineering as a secondary major, etc.,) and having various level of examinations like Secondary, Higher secondary, Bachelor, Doctorate, etc., across the country.
It is obvious that Secondary and Higher secondary should only focus the political science in such a degree that is applicable for these stages and should be exempted from any other majors as said above. More thoughts and research must be needed in devising the various levels of syllabus of political science.
Doctorates and bachelors and aged and experienced scholars will form the topmost administrative posts like President, Prime Minister and other Ministers while young scholars as MP s, etc,. those needed very knowledge and skill to run while school and college candidates will fill up the applicable lower administrations.
But all of them need to pass a “Special Examination” (we might call it as "Leaders Examination" or "LEX") having various levels to become a country leader for various administrative strata in 5 years interval and top graded and majority of any idealism will decide the ideology that will govern the country for the next 5 years and the second major subject will decide the field of any country leader i.e., health minister should not be of general discipline but must have a second major of medical study along with political science having any prime major like democracy or socialism, etc. Any candidate might get at least three chances to attend this examination but an age restriction could be suggested according to life expectancy and other countable criteria of a country. Self-educated people also could attend if they want to.
You might ask now, but what about the popularity of any student cum future leader? But remember popularity only should not be a determining factor to vote any leader rather knowledge in the respective field or for the post, behavior and past histories of corruption and crime should override popularity.
Yes, that will be graded too but not through voting or election (you see the DACSU-2019 election)!
Popularity should be measured and graded through various tests or reports of all class teachers like the reports regarding behavior, general knowledge, social and common activities in academies as well reports from the neighborhoods or dormitories collected from various sources like from senior citizens, clubs, local communities even from the police! So our future leader will face a lot of popularity and behavioral screening! These grades will affect administrative designations.
Further, to control all these steps, we need to develop or invent quantum or blockchain or AI based machines and mechanism, which will protect any type of corruption in educational as well in every field. This is very necessary because after passing that "Special Examination" there is no certainty that these leaders could not be bought by money or will not do any political harm with the help of their supporters! As well, these machines and mechanism should be used for time to time in the various survey and to get the opinions of the people or leading group of people or organizations, institutions about any controversial issues across the country
I think you are now inspired to use these machines in our so-called present election system to keep it as it is!
Yes, we can but you will not get the aged experienced or young and popular scholar who could serve today’s complex State functions more efficiently. Further, every idealism or man of every ideology might get the chance to run the country simultaneously after passing that special examination. It will be a mix but not such that, all Ministers/MP s are from only one idealism or party and which often led to one party Authoritarianism or Autocracy. Thus a mix of various ideologies and scholars in parliament will be more effective for society.
One idealism is possible only when the majority of leaders of any particular idealism like democracy or socialism will pass that special examination! This will define if the country should be ruled with Democratic, Socialist or with Religious vision or with a Common vision of doing good for the next five years! But actually, this will merely happen. Even to sustain a mix-up and to prevent one-party rule, a balanced system could be proposed as well a common ideology that will be beneficiary for all citizens should be adopted. In this regard, a limit factor might help. For example, if though, leaders of any particular idealism could pass the "LEX" with majority, a set maximum numbers for any idealism will determine how much of them could join the Parliament while leaders of other idealism should join according to their results while a set minimum nos for every idealism or common quota will determine their least nos to join. But the minimum is applicable if and only if they attend the "LEX".
Actually, political problems arise due to the lack of balance or absence of opponent parties or small nos of them in the parliament often causes the one party Authoritarianism as well the conspiracy of opponents leads to the political clash. So always a balanced parliament is good and actually debate, discussion or controversy in Parliament is better than the debates on roads.
But here is a crucial question about the numbers of political parties because everybody could start a political party to gain access in Parliament due to the set minimum factor or minimum common quota. Yes, it could happen! So how we could manage this situation? Here simply we need to limit the nos of political parties in a country and in my opinion, only two nos should be healthy. Actually, if our prime motto is to develop our nation, there is no need to override it with so many ideologies instead a common goal for doing good or to improve every citizen's lifestyle is more necessity while considering the history, culture, etc., values of the country.
Nowadays it is proved that every idealism has some drawbacks, such as Democracy turns to capitalism and exploitation of man by man or man being modern slaves of capitalists, Socialism turns to ill-economy and mismanagement, Nationalism could lead a country to a supremacist and alone, etc. Knowing those drawbacks and only having the above common goal, scholar leaders of this system should always try to lead this system in such a way to avoid those pitfalls with their knowledge and education. So only two political parties playing the role of the opponent and the ruling party will debate about the various ways to develop the country.
Thus I think, those who intended to lead the country and are capable to pass the examinations could form the Government. As well as being a continuous process, this system will be free of election hazards as well a great deal of State-money could be saved. while followers or supporter issues could be controlled in a healthy manner because THERE IS NO SUCH MONEY OR MUSCLE GAME TO BUY YOUR SUPPORTERS BUT IT IS YOUR BRAIN AND BEHAVIOR ONLY, WHICH COULD MAKE YOU A POPULAR SCHOLAR LEADER! STILL, IF ANY MAL-PRACTICE OF FOLLOWER ISSUE ARISES, JUDICIARY, EXECUTIVE OR LEGISLATURE WILL RULED OUT.

IN THIS REGARD I ALSO LIKE TO SUGGEST FOR A TRUE SEPARATION OF POWERS. THAT MEANS, THE THREE ORGANS OF THE STATE I.E,. LEGISLATURE, JUDICIARY, AND EXECUTIVE SHOULD BE INDEPENDENT IN TRUE SENSE. NO ORGAN COULD DICTATE OR EMPLOY OTHERS BUT IN TODAY'S WORLD, WE SEE THAT, LEGISLATURE GOVERNMENT HAS CONTROL ON TWO OTHERS BY VARIOUS MEANS SUCH AS EMPLOYMENT OF JUDICIARY AND EXECUTIVE PEOPLE WHICH EVENTUALLY AND OFTEN BECOMES THE TOOL FOR LEGISLATURE TO CONTROL MAL-PRACTICES OF THEIR POWER. AND ALREADY WE KNOW OR ESTABLISH OUR SYSTEMS THAT, PEOPLE OF JUDICIARY AND EXECUTIVE GOVERNMENT  COMES FROM OUR ACADEMIC SYSTEMS, SO WHY NOT THE LEGISLATURE? I ALSO SUGGEST FOR SUCH A PARLIAMENT, WHERE PEOPLES OR MEMBERS OF ALL THREE ORGANS SHOULD BE INCORPORATED WHILE ANY CROSS MEMBERSHIP SHOULD BE DISCOURAGED I.E, MEMBERS OF THE LEGISLATURE SHOULD NOT BE THE MEMBERS OF EXECUTIVE OR JUDICIARY BUT THEY WILL HELP OR SUPPLY INFORMATION IN BUILDING THE "CONSTITUTION". AS WELL SOME SUPPORTIVE SECTORS IN PARLIAMENT COULD EASE THE WHOLE PROCESS LIKE REPRESENTATIVES OF JOURNALISTS, HUMANITARIAN, ENVIRONMENTAL, RELIGIOUS, SCIENTIFIC ORGANIZATIONS.  IN THIS WAY A MORE CAUTION WILL BE NEEDED IN WRITING (BY THE LEGISLATURE) OR INTERPRETING (BY THE JUDICIARY)THE "CONSTITUTION". WE MIGHT FEEL INSECURE ABOUT THE TRUE INDEPENDENCE FOR THE JUDICIARY AND ESPECIALLY FOR THE EXECUTIVE GOVERNMENT BECAUSE IT MIGHT COUP THE POWER. YES, IT COULD HAPPEN FOR GREEDY EXECUTIVE LOYAL BUT IT IS PROVED, IT CANNOT SUSTAIN SO LONG BECAUSE OF THE INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL PRESSURE OR THEY CONVERTED THEM IN THE MAINSTREAM. THOUGH FROM THE PAST HISTORY, YOU KNOW THAT, COUP ONLY HAPPENS WHEN STATE POWER IS FAILED TO RUN OR IN CORRUPTION. AGAIN, IS NOT IT MORE INSECURE WHEN A TIE BETWEEN LEGISLATURE AND EXECUTIVE HAPPENS?  ANYWAY, I THINK, WHEN THESE THREE ORGANS SHOULD BE DICTATED OR SHOULD BE LIABLE ONLY TO THE SOVEREIGN STATE PRINCIPLES OR " CONSTITUTION", A BALANCED POLITICAL SYSTEM COULD EVOLVE AND MAL-PRACTICES OF POWER MIGHT BE MINIMIZED.

FINALLY, AS CITED BEFORE, IT IS YOUR AND ALL CITIZEN'S MONEY AND WORK THAT RUN THIS BIG POLITICAL SYSTEM...SO WHY NOT WE SHOULD MAKE IT MORE BETTER? ACTUALLY, WE THE PEOPLE, THE PRIME FORCE OF ANY STATE, SHOULD REBUILD OR CHANGE OUR RULING SYSTEM TIME TO TIME IN THE PAST FOR THE COMMON GOOD, SO WHY NOT AGAIN IN FUTURE TO HAVE A STATE THAT WILL TRULY SERVE THE IDIOM?- 

"OF THE PEOPLE, BY THE PEOPLE, FOR THE PEOPLE"

But the question is how could you change a ruling system when it often took the shape of civil war and riots? Indeed it's a risky job. Still, our past history shows that, whatever the cost is, people denied any system when it is failed to meet their expectations. But here I like to put an idea that could help but might not ensure the bloodless revolution as corrupted and the power-greedy ruling would like to prevent their power in any means. Still, if we could engage international powers as well as like-minded executive powers those who will support the change, this changing will be easier.

This idea already exists but we need to polish it with the help of our digital technology. Grossly it is actually "Non-violent Non-co-operation". When we like to change a corrupted ruling, we need to influence and aware all citizens through a public digital platform or website might be called as "Big No" as well with other various means like discussions, meetings, etc, but all in a secure way. Here everybody will cast their opinion in changing an existing ruling. Our above-cited machines and technology will be used for public anoynimity which never could be known to anyone including the admins of that site even after the change of ruling as well those techs will be used to prevent any kind of tempering and hacking. When all or the majority of the professionals, workers, labors, students, businessman, etc sector will come under a consensus, a sudden and silent non-co-operation will start. If the website's data is true i.e., if it seems that a majority (at least 80% of country's adult population)wants the change, a sudden physical impact of non-co-operation will appear like a bolt from the blue regarding a call from the website. Every sector in a state will declare non-co-operation with the ruling corrupted government. When the majority will be in a strike or in non-co-operation mode, the existing ruling could not run with the help of some minor supporters as well the JUDICIARY AND EXECUTIVE GOVERNMENT then seeing this non-co-operation will declare the change of ruling and our next scholar leaders will take the charge. No such road processions during non-co-operation will be held because they could be targetted. Every government of any time will know that there is such a public system that could give a "Big No" against their ruling so hopefully, they will try to avoid any type of misruling! We might name this as "Barometer of power" and which even will be shown with digital billboards at numerous public places across the whole country. People will see the barometers of the popularity of the government in various issues along with the "Big No" barometer scale.

Every citizen of the country can see, observe, analyze and take their decision and could put their opinions on the "Big No" website through their personal digital devices. As said before, anoynimity and blockchain encryption of the opinions should be maintained. These statistics also will be available in the "Big No" website. Anyway, it's not an easy task but if some scholar and honest people could form a group then with the support of like-minded supporters and their donations, this task could be easier. These scholar and honest people should be suggested by the local communities while analyzing their past activities. If needed a rigorous database of their past and witnesses of people should be build up. With the help of these, local communities will select the right persons to form the kick-starter group to start the revolution. They will plan to collect more and more supporters to change the system. With the help of donated money, they should run the website as well will buy the above-cited machines and software systems to strengthen the whole work or scholars among supporters in respective fields will invent indigenous ways of such systems. More thoughts, research and works needed though on this mechanism.

I know that every system has its pros and cons. This "No Political Election" system also could have drawbacks but we need to define them and need to research more to know if this could eradicate people’s political pains!

It is historical that, general innocent people often was the victim of the political clashes, they lost their lives in such hazards. This has been increased nowadays. In many countries, innocent people are losing their lives whereas they are not directly involved. I hate this deeply and I know you do also. Is there any ideology or religion that said to kill weaponless innocent people? Does this type of crime satisfy war rules means how could you attack others if they are not your equal opponent in every means? How you could attack a single person with your group that mastans or hooligans often do it( as like "Gender Equality" picture above)? Does not it prove that those who are killing weaponless innocent general people or attacking a single person with a group are cowards? Whatever their ideologies are, they should not harm the lives of innocent people who are not their direct or personal enemy. If they have guts or spine, they should declare war against their equal and right opponent. So we have to raise our voice against this cowardness. We need to educate our people about these. Any government of any state should take projects in hand to educate their people with these ethics and only thus we could eradicate our blacks and could be able to prevent the recurrences like-
Genocides of world wars or of countries.National and international Terrorism, Homicide, Massacar etc.
Religious war and riots.
Political warfare and conflicts.
* Your Money-Yes, it is your/our money that often picked pocket...do we ever checked out our accounts....how our money is used in various projects, what about the quality of the works, why a worthy amount of people has black or corrupted money while their income does not match about that? So a lot of facts and questions out there. Why should not we ask for a public dashboard for every project that will be visible publicly on the Government website and which will show the cost-benefit analysis as well as quality aspects of the project? Why should not we acclaimed for a third party audit both for accounts and the quality? As a general people, you could not analyze those but there are various private and voluntary organizations which could make out the deals if the information about any project is public as said. Remember, these corruptions directly affect what you could own but you cannot own.
